Teen Weight Loss Tips
WARNING! These Teen Weight Loss Tips are not a "DIET" & they
are not going to do anything for you if you don't apply them to your
life.
Instead these weight loss tips are more about making
better choices and making small changes to your lifestyle.
Don't jump in Head First. Take it slow, make gradual changes to your
life. This has to be a comfortable process or eventually you may just
get overwhelmed and give up.
ALSO: your body has an amazing ability to
adjust to just about anything. If you starve it, the body will hold
onto body fat like it was platinum so remember small changes, gradual
progress, slow and steady wins the race.
2) Find some way to exercise daily. Start slow, get out and shoot some baskets or just go
on a walk. Work your way into some weight training, a maybe evenjogging. Swimming is a great way to get exercise as well as bike
riding. Find things you like to do and maybe things you can do with
friends. This will help you stick to it when things get harder down the
road.
3) Drink more water. I'm not telling you to give up soda's
completely (not yet anyway) but you must start drinking water if you're
going to lose weight and stay healthy. Eventually I would say you
should stay off Soda except for special occasions.
4) Eat
Healthier. A Healthy Diet Plan is easy to start and I think
you'll find it is not as hard to follow as you think. It's all about
making "Healthy" choices.
OK now for the real world...These teen
weight loss tips are only the beginning. Sooner or later you will reach
a plateau and you WILL have to step up your efforts to keep losing
weight.
Don't worry, if you take it slow and easy and remember
that you didn't gain the weight overnight, and you won't lose it
overnight either. When the time comes to step up your efforts you will
be ready and believe it or not hungry for the opportunity to prove to
yourself how strong you really are.
